Shane recently published a new blog discussing buyer closing costs.  “It seems many buyers today are still shocked at what closing costs they have to pay. I can’t tell you how many customers tell me when we first meet that they just want the seller to pay for all the closing costs. That is possible, but we have to have a direct and clear plan to make that happen” says Shane 

In the blog Shane discusses the possibilities. Shane states, “If we go into the transaction wanting as little out of pocket now then we can come up with an offer plan hat supports that. Let’s say we offer 200,000 but ask for $6,000 in concessions for buyer side closing costs. The seller views that as offering $194,000. This could work. But many factors have to be considered. ”
