“We hear many talking heads telling us what the rates will be and how it will impact real estate. I hear someone the other day say it will go back down to 1%. I’m not saying I know everything but “back down” to 1% seems a little off since I do not know of a time we were at 1%.” says Shane

I have been predicting 5% by the end of the year all year, and here we are.
