Shane Willis, an award winning Pensacola Real Estate agent and best-selling author, recently published a new video of his interview on the show: The Next Big Thing

The show asked Shane to come on to discuss his new book: The Business of Selling Your Property: A Sellers Guide to the Science Behind Real Estate Sales. “The book details some of the buyers psychology and how sellers today can use that to sell their property faster and at a higher price” says Shane.

When asked what really sets him apart? Shane responds “We have multiple aspects, pricing, marketing, photos etc…, but what really sets us apart is the ability to take one of the buyers biggest negotiating tips off the table.” Shane goes on to quote scientific studies that have been conducted by the National Association of Realtors. “Over 92.1% of buyers are starting their search online and spending more than 60% of their time looking at photos. Why would we skimp on this aspect when we are doing all the other steps.”
